Real Estate Site Team

"Security" is the watchword of our unique Open Bid Real Estate System. The team consists of a Site Manager, a Realtor® Team, a Mortgage Broker, an Administrator and a professional, uniformed Security Guard.

The Real Estate Site Manager is either Temple or Kerstin Williams. Their resumés are linked at the bottom of the list on the left.

The Realtor® Team consists of 2 to 4 real estate agents with Open Bid training and knowledge, adept at getting bids.

The Real Estate Administrator organizes the workflow and oversees the timetable needed to make sure the Open Bid goes smoothly.

The Mortgage Broker is an experienced financial person who knows how to turn a financial package into a top dollar open bid for your piece of real estate.

The Security Guard protects and
oversees all sign-in procedures,
and also guarantees that "security"
is a visible part of the open bid process.

At no time does any person view
your home unaccompanied. They are
escorted by either a representative of
the Open Bid procedure, or by their own real estate agent (if they are properly represented at the Open Bid).
